New Program Q&A with SEC Enforcement Division Co-Directors Stephanie Avakian & Steven Peikin On October 21, 2019, the SEC Enforcement Division Co-Directors, Stephanie Avakian and Stephen Peikin joined us for a live webcast Q&A. The program, moderated by former head of the Chicago regional office, Merri Jo Gillette, included discussion of SEC enforcement priorities in areas such as cybersecurity, FCPA, sanctions, and enterprise risk management.
